The absolute worst in the market. They were terrible on their own.

Then Cypress and Blue Cross started using them as plan administrators....OH EMMM GEEEE. They are ridiculous!

have been trying to get a hold of someone regarding a claim that is almost 5 months old. was on hold for over two hours yesterday after being disconnected twice. today i have been on hold 2 hours with no disconnection yet, but i have been unable to help any other patients while i attempt to speak to someone. this is the worst insurance company i have ever had to deal with and have advised the patient that we can no longer buy and bill her medication because of this. Wtf

I have never had an experience like this with an insurance company! I have two claims they have put out 6 months and I have called and waited on hold for hours and still keep getting the run around!! The girl who handles the claims said I have never called. SOOOO RUDE!!!

Been getting the run around for two months on a claim. After claim was finally processed, they said they couldn't release a check for the claim. After many times being on hold for long periods of time, i finally got ahold of a claims supervisor by the name Rebecca. She said dental office failed to send proper ex-ray to complete the process. Rebecca gives me her direct number for dental office to call. Dental office had documented everything that was sent including what they needed. After resending ex-rays twice, dental office attempted to contact Rebecca twice, but only goes to voicemail and message says she will respond within 48 hours. What a joke.

I had trouble reaching Rebecca too! I left several voicemails and never got a call back.

Not a single one.

What a ridiculous company and manager. So frustrating that her voicemail says she'll respond within 48 hours.

No Reps answering calls

I have been trying to get status on Authorization I submitted and tried 3 times so far and have been on hold for over an hour for each try. I don't know how this insurance keeps patients. This is the worse insurance company to try to get in touch with. I tell patient to get rid of them because they suck. Im surprised this company is still in business and the reviews from their patients are no better

Very frustrated

I've called Delta Health Systems three times and each time I was left on hold for over 40 minutes. There is no way that this company is that busy to leave people on hold that long. what a complete waste of time. There is no indication that my call with ever get routed to a person. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS.

I called yesterday and was on hold for over and hour and then they dropped the call. When I called back offices were closed. I am trying it again today and have already been dropped once. I have now been on hold for 45 minutes. This is such a waste of time.

This is embarrassing why can't you pay my providers! We have filled-out "no duplicate coverage" form three times this year, what could be going on here!

Providers are absolutely sick of them! We are so tired of watching countless patients be denied coverage for services that should be covered due to incompetent representatives and the inability to contact them.

Fight back!

Tell your HR, tell your brokers, get the insurance commissioner involved. They need to be held accountable!

Horrible Wait times

I've been on hold for 2 hours without any movement or even estimation of time remaining. The online platform is decent but doesn't give the option of checking chiropractic benefits - thus as a provider, I'm wasting an unfortunate amount of time waiting. The company either needs to implement a call back system or hire more staff. This is insane.

This is the worse insurance I’ve ever deal with...don’t understand why is still operating... there all full of *** Worse customer service ever!!!!! So ridiculous the amount of time u have to wait to check eligibility so they can just tell u, there’s no one in the system with that ID #...BS!!!

Horrible customer service

I waited 45 minutes to speak with a customer service representative. Someone finally got on the phone “claimed” they couldn’t hear me and asked me to call back and hung up. It was like a joke. On top of it, they don’t record their calls to improve *** upon them, there are no short keys for operator or agent. You are basically on this internal loop of voice activated answering machine. I cant believe in this day and age a company like this can still be in existence.

Why does it take so dang long for someone to answer the phone? The hold times is the worst I have EVER dealt with an hour or more on AVERAGE please get it under control! Then when someone finally does pick the phone your employees are short and rude when they do answer. They talk to you like you are supposed to know information that the employees do. Do a team huddle in the morning, pay them more or something because none of them are pleasant to talk to. They are a face of your company and so far I cannot recommend you to anyone I know. I would be embarrassed.
