I was calling for Benefit information for my mother today, (I call for insurance for my job as well) and despite calling the number that is listed on their website (including extensions), I kept getting thrown around the phone system. With the two phones I was trying to get through on, I ended up spending 3 hours on the phone just trying to get a single question answered!


No one cared where they were sending me or how long it would take until I spoke with a tech guy, David, who couldn't help me due to him not being on the right side of the system. So thank you delta for taking my afternoon with no questions answered.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
